The Yatra Arts Foundation’s children perform in Anna Marriage Hall in Edaiyanchavadi

On 16 September 2013, the Yatra Arts Foundation’s children performed a cultural program in Anna Marriage Hall in the village of Edaiyanchavadi. Ranging in age from about six to fourteen years old, the children presented a variety of cultural performing arts including Bharatnatyam, folk, and modern dances.

More than seven hundred people attended the program, including local children, youth, and adults. Viewers loved the performers’ energy and smiles, and many in the audience clapped and danced along with the children, creating an extremely fun and positive performance environment. At the end of the event, Yatra’s staff presented gifts to all the children who participated and thanked the audience for their support and attendance. It was an unforgettable and wonderful evening for the children and Yatra’s team.
